Downloads, Library Access & Refunds
Every paid RLM edition is delivered two ways: private links arrive by email for immediate download, and a permanent personal library is created on RLMfilms.com for continued access.

Immediate email delivery
There is no physical shipping. After Stripe confirms payment, RLM sends a purchase email to the address used at checkout. That email identifies the exact purchased edition and includes private links to download it immediately and open its personal RLM library. The publication is provided through those protected links rather than as an email attachment.
Permanent library and unlimited downloads
Every purchase also creates a permanent individual entitlement in the purchaser's private browser-based library. The exact edition may be downloaded to a personal device immediately and downloaded again whenever needed, with no customer-facing expiration date and no download-count limit.
Keep delivery links private
The emailed download and library links are confidential and personal: they must not be forwarded, posted, sold, or shared. RLM may rotate an underlying security credential without removing legitimate ownership. Access may be suspended only for exceptional reasons such as a full refund, chargeback, fraud, legal takedown, or a verified security incident.
If access fails
If the private library or download does not open, do not repeatedly purchase the same edition. Use Customer Care with the order email, product name, purchase date, and a description of the problem. We will verify the order and restore permanent access, correct the edition, or issue an appropriate refund.
Refund eligibility
We will review a refund or access-restoration request when the edition was not made available, is materially different from its product description, is defective or unusable, or a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred. A change of mind after meaningful access ordinarily does not qualify for a refund except where applicable law provides otherwise. Requests should be made promptly and include the order record.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. We do not substitute store credit when applicable law requires a monetary refund.
Non-waivable rights
This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. If a local law gives you additional cancellation, refund, or digital-content rights, those rights continue to apply.
